Marketing Assistant
We are in the search for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to support a range of marketing initiatives that contribute to the firm’s brand visibility and client engagement efforts.

This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, meet tight deadlines, and support both digital and print marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the creation, development, and distribution of marketing and presentation materials
Assist with marketing collateral for events, webinars, and client-facing campaigns
Coordinate logistics for mailings and special marketing projects
Proofread and edit marketing content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy
Maintain and update client contact databases and communication lists
Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering calls, drafting correspondence, and managing internal communications
Contribute to website and social media content updates, as needed
Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with firm goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices is a plus
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure
Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to take initiative
