Commercial Roofing Salesperson
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Salesperson to drive new business and maintain relationships with commercial accounts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in roofing or construction, and can generate results quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell commercial roofing repairs, restorations, systems, and maintenance services.
Maintain relationships with established and prospective commercial accounts.
Develop daily schedules from qualified leads and creative sources.
Conduct property inspections and provide accurate proposals tailored to client needs.
Identify customer needs, develop sales strategies, and close deals to meet sales objectives.
Manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and attend pre-job meetings.
Maintain CRM systems and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of B2B outside construction sales experience.
Experience engaging with decision-makers at the corporate level (C-suite).
Roofing experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of construction services and administrative functions.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Requirements:
Must comply with OSHA guidelines and SOPs.
Must pass mandatory/random drug tests.
Clean driver’s license required.
Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
