We are hiring a manager-to-VP level finance lead to work closely with the CEO and GM on a broad range of FP&A, reporting, investment, and forecasting initiatives.

This role offers high visibility, lots of ownership, and the opportunity to work on problems that matter across the company – not just within the finance function. It's well-suited for someone who wants to have a broad impact, accelerate their learning, and work directly with experienced founders and operators.

Qualified candidates should have worked full-time in a software company before. Candidates who just have experience in legacy Canadian industries (O&G, big 5 banking, etc.) are less likely to be successful or have longer time to onboard, given the difference in business model between traditional retail, industrial, or banking vs. consumer software. Specifically, qualified candidates should have experience modelling LTV, ROAS, know different ways of defining D7 retention, etc. This is a strategic role at a product-led consumer software; great candidates should bring a financial lens to product challenges or have prior exposure to consumer software product teams.

This is a remote position.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of full-time professional experience
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems and drive toward clarity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to synthesize insights for execs, boards, and external stakeholders
